What a kid!! (2005-09-09 - 7:24 a.m.)

I am extremely proud of my son. He got some birthday money that he had planned to put towards a darth vader voice changer. So he was saving his allownece and any money he may have gotten for that toy.
Yesterday, he brought home a note that they were doing a collection of money for the hurrican relief, My son took every dollar and penny he had put it in a bag and stuck it in his back pack. He had about $13.00 in total. He was half way there to his toy, but my boy sees someone else in need more then him and gives up what he wants. I must not be that bad of a person, If I can raise my son like that.
Needless to say, I am extremely proud of the thoughtfulness my son has for the people around him. I have nothing else! Just really proud of him.
